Pathfire's Growth in Broadcast Space Necessitates Sales Expansion

Atlanta, GA, April 12, 2005 - Pathfire, the leading provider of digital media content distribution and management services for the broadcast, media and entertainment industries, announced today the hiring of two industry veterans, Mike Woody and Ron Caird, who join Pathfire as Broadcast Sales Managers. Woody and Caird will lead Pathfire's sales efforts to broadcast groups and stations.

"Pathfire's significant growth in the broadcast space has created the opportunity for us to expand our sales presence," said Michael J. Eckert, President and CEO of Pathfire. "Mike and Ron will focus primarily on maintaining and developing Pathfire's relationships with station groups as well as with individual stations. They bring to Pathfire an extensive amount of industry knowledge and contacts, and will be able to immediately step in and contribute to Pathfire's growing broadcast presence," said Eckert.

Mike Woody comes to Pathfire with over 25 years of sales and business development experience in the broadcast industry. Woody joins Pathfire from Maximum Throughput.
