As we informed you in our letter of May 10, 2004, King World has reached an agreement with Pathfire for the delivery of our syndicated programming via the Pathfire DMG system. We will begin testing Pathfire DMG for domestic program distribution during October and November of this year. The following shows will be included in the test:

Wheel of Fortune
Wheel of Fortune Weekend
Jeopardy!
Jeopardy! Weekend
Jeopardy! II
Dr. Phil
Inside Edition Weekend
Everybody Loves Raymond
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
Bob Vila's Home Again
MarketWatch Weekend

We will provide additional information and further details on the Pathfire DMG test plan and transition schedule in the near future.

Inside Edition and The Oprah Winfrey Show will not use Pathfire DMG for primary delivery and will continue with analog satellite delivery until further notice.
